These monthly walks are a safe, pressure-free space for men who want to get out, connect with others and support their mental wellbeing.
Meet at the Design Chapel, Cemetery Road, just off the Avenue. (You'll spot us in 'Moving For My Mental Health' or ManGang shirts.) Partners, pals and paws also welcome.
9.45 meet for an 10am start, finishing at 11am at The Cowherds, where you're welcome to stay for chat and a hot or soft drink on us!
