Sport In Mind Yoga

This is a free, weekly yoga session every Tuesday at 1 to 1.50pm in the Main Hall at Northam Community Centre, Southampton, with Michelle.

This session is open to all abilities (even if you have never tried it before!). All equipment is provided by Sport in Mind!

Useful Information:

Free parking is available in the centre car park, please park sensibly & avoid parking on the path

Nearest bus stops are a short walk away on Northam Road (near the Esso garage), heading into the city centre & to Bitterne

All equipment is provided

In the Main Hall, walk past reception and at the end of the hallway turn right and it is straight ahead

You can wear any comfortable clothing, whatever that means for you!
