Introduction to Mindfulness (In Person)

Join The Mindful Zen's brand-new weekly mindfulness class, designed to help you slow down, de-stress and realign with what really matters. No previous experience required.

These sessions are suitable for everyone including those completely new to mindfulness, as well as those wanting to develop a deeper understanding of mindfulness. These sessions provide you the opportunity to:

  • Step away from the busyness of life to relax and replenish the mind and body.
  • Develop strategies to promote happiness and wellbeing.
  • Connect with others through sharing.
  • Strengthen an appreciation for life by developing compassion for ourselves and others.
  • Please bring a mat, cushion and blanket for extra comfort!
  • Starting Tuesday 2nd September, 6-7pm, St Deny’s Boat Club, SO17 2LT.

£10 per session. Book 6 classes and get 1 free.
