CLEAR Project are looking for a dynamic, people-focused individual who is passionate about empowering volunteers and strengthening community engagement.

As Volunteer and Engagement Lead, you will shape and deliver their volunteer strategy — ensuring every volunteer has a meaningful, well-supported experience and that our organisation is deeply connected to the communities we serve. This is a dynamic and people-focused role, combining hands-on volunteer coordination with strategic engagement and partnership development.
