Healthwatch Southampton would like to invite you to a special event to launch our newly developed booklet - Travelling to Hospital Appointments in Southampton: A guide for patients and carers. This unique booklet will give patients and carers the information they need all in one place, to help people access support and to feel confident about travelling to hospital. It will be available online as well as a printed version for community venues, health locations and libraries.

They will also be sharing findings and recommendations from our published report Getting There: Travel to Health Care Appointments in Southampton.
