They are particularly looking for people to get involved in:
Information Group: Help them make leaflets, letters and digital content easier to understand.
Policy Review Group: No policy knowledge needed, just real‑life experience and the ability to say, “Does this actually work?”
Digital Inclusion Group: Help us make online tools and systems easier and fairer for everyone.
