Free Mindfulness Courses

The Mindful Zen will deliver an 8-week mindfulness class for 2 hours per week on Wednesdays 6-8pm via Zoom. Running Wednesday 10th September - Wednesday 19th November

Benefits may include:

  • Stepping away from thoughts
  • Reducing stress and anxiety
  • Learn skills to incorporate into daily life to become more mindful
  • Learn to live more in the present

What are the requirements for participants?

  • Aged 18 and over
  • Have access to Zoom and a camera
  • Complete a pre-registration form and agree to meet me before the course starts
  • Commit to attending each session. If unable to attend, please contact me to let me know.
  • If more than 2 sessions are missed, they will be unable to continue on the course.
  • Adhere to the ground rules co-produced in the 1st session
  • Read the manual following each session
