The Mindful Zen will deliver an 8-week mindfulness class for 2 hours per week on Wednesdays 6-8pm via Zoom. Running Wednesday 10th September - Wednesday 19th November

What are the requirements for participants?
Aged 18 and over
Have access to Zoom and a camera
Complete a pre-registration form and agree to meet me before the course starts
Commit to attending each session. If unable to attend, please contact me to let me know.
If more than 2 sessions are missed, they will be unable to continue on the course.
Adhere to the ground rules co-produced in the 1st session
